Exchange Policy

We value our customers and strive to provide a smooth and transparent exchange experience. Please read the exchange policy carefully before submitting an exchange request.

Exchange Eligibility Slab

  • 0 – 6 Months: 50% of the invoice value is eligible for exchange.
  • 6 – 10 Months: 30% of the invoice value is eligible for exchange.
  • 10 – 12 Months: 20% of the invoice value is eligible for exchange.
  • After 12 Months: Exchange is not applicable.

Courier Charges

A flat courier handling charge of ₹80 will be deducted from the eligible exchange value.

Exchange Value Calculation

(Eligible Percentage × Invoice Amount) – ₹80 (Courier Charges)

If the final calculated amount is zero or negative, the exchange value will be treated as ₹0.

Product Condition Guidelines

  • Product must be unused, undamaged, and in wearable condition.
  • No breakage, cracks, or missing parts should be found.
  • Product should match the original order details.
  • Customer must upload clear and recent images of the product.

If the product fails quality inspection, the exchange request may be rejected.

Exchange Request Workflow

  1. Customer submits exchange request using Order ID and registered mobile number.
  2. Eligible exchange amount is calculated automatically.
  3. Admin reviews and approves or rejects the request.
  4. Pickup is arranged after admin approval.
  5. Product is received and quality checked by the team.
  6. Approved amount is credited to the customer wallet.

Refund Method

  • Exchange value will be credited only to the customer wallet.
  • Wallet balance can be used for future purchases.
  • No cash, UPI, or bank transfer refunds are provided.

Important Terms

  • Only one exchange request is allowed per order.
  • Exchange approval is subject to product inspection.
  • The company reserves the right to reject any request.
  • Policy may be updated without prior notice.
